No, it's USA only.

Each regulatory authority has it's own. In the EU there are regulatory authorities for each nation, but harmonised standards passed in to law in each country. Domestic / retail things have CE approval (not just things with a radio) (IS in Ireland DIN in Germany etc). Commercial / Professional radios use ETSI.

Japan is stricter and different FM spectrum.


I never heard of FCC having any value in the UK or EU. A different set of standards. The USA uses a different system for terrestrial TV, different set of WiFi channels, different mains electricity, different channel spacing on cable, slightly different FM & AM systems (with different channel steps, FM premphasis), different spectrum allocations etc.
