Interesting plugin.

List of shortcuts is probably most useful to me, followed by custom column defs all in one place, and sources for different Calibre settings.

A few questions, though:

I don't see this in the plugin list in Calibre yet. Still testing? Or should it be added to the index?
Very nitpicky--When I read feature "Export: Plugin data to CSV/XLSX with customizable columns" I thought you meant exporting each plugin's data (which would be challenging, at best). Perhaps "Export: Plugin list data..."?
If double clicking a shortcut opens the shortcuts dialog, it would be nice if it also opened at that shortcut. I don't know if that's currently possible, but opening the matching action for the shortcut dbl-clicked should be--I do that for my plugins using code I lifted from kiwidude. Maybe highlight_index()?
Ditto double clicking settings, but that's probably even more ambitious.
Why is this plugin also an audio player? That seems completely outside of scope to me... And +90% of the plugin zip size is the included audio files...
