Sorry for the late reply, but finding out it was fake is valuable information in itself. That information wasn't available at the time I posted this.
In any case, Amazon's information management is usually airtight, so it was truly strange that a prototype would leak in Brazil of all places, not the US, and that it would be a "cheap" device.
