Meanwhile 5.18.4.1 is out. It would be interesting to know what the delta is from 5.18.4.

My Paperwhite (11th generation) did OTA update. Still no spacing adjustment feature.

Is it the case that no US customers have gotten this feature? Every report I've seen with identifiable location has been from non-USA customer. But it is too small a sample to draw conclusion that no USA customers have gotten it.
