There's a tiny arrow at the right edge of the toolbar - click it and you probably get two more icons, the purple one is the Book editor.
Suggest you go into Preferences->Look and Feel and check the "Utiliser deux lignes pour le texte en dessous des icônes (nécessite un redémarrage)" option.
