Related: there are a number of manufacturers of cheap Sega Saturn A/V out to HDMI adapters. They
all have the left/right audio channels swapped due to an error in the schematics published by Sega. It's been a well known mistake for decades and yet the manufacturers do not correct their production. They continue to manufacture these adapters with swapped audio.
