As it is, I have to reorganize by title and look myself because the search/find doesn't seem to find anything. What am I missing here?
And, try using the "Advanced search" feature, it's the Gears icon at the right hand end of the search box (or Ctrl+Shift+F).

IMO "Advanced search" is a bit of a misnomer, it doesn't do anything than can't be done using the search term syntax, "Guided search" might have been a better name for the feature.

It also provides a way to familiarise yourself with the search term syntax - when you click OK the generated search term is shown in the search box.
