Dear Hopkins,
I refer to your instructive analysis in #81 regarding OpenCC implementation for Traditional Chinese conversion, which was most illuminating. I now seek your expertise on an unrelated matter concerning the plugin’s Text Directionfeature.
Environment
•OS: Windows 11
•Plugin Version: v3.1.0]
Issue Description
1.Steps Taken:
•Selected a text block (tested with both Chinese and mixed-language content).
•Navigated to the plugin interface → Text Direction→ Chose "Vertical to Horizontal".
•Confirmed execution via the plugin’s completion prompt.
2.Observed Behaviour:
•The text retains horizontal orientation with no discernible change.
•No error messages manifest in the console or interface.
3.Troubleshooting Attempted:
•Tested disparate content (pure English, mixed Hanzi-English).
•Cleared browser cache and reloaded the plugin.
•Verified functionality across multiple websites (eliminating site-specific CSS conflicts).
