I bought a Velleman VTSS210 hot rework station. I needed a hot air gun for heat shrink and I sometimes work on surface mount components. But I hate to squander money on things that I don't use enough which is why I ended up with Velleman instead of a more professional unit. It actually works ok for what it is. My complaint is with the case. It's overly large, ugly and seems to be trying to impersonate the professional units with the fan built into the base. I briefly debated 3D printing a whole case but dismissed the idea. So instead I just hacksawed a chunk out of the case and replaced it with two 3D printed faces and globs of hot glue. It's less offensive now.
