I will say from a very quick look at that website today that I think it could all be done with a Romance.io metadata plugin if someone took the same approach that the goodreads metadata plugin does. Where you bring the extra rating down back as a fake identifier value (like I do with "grrating"), and then have a custom column that displays that "identifier" value - which is actually the rating. Perhaps the only thing you cannot do (or maybe you can - I've not bothered to try it) is display that custom column that is "built from another column" as a rating column. So you would instead see the raw numeric value rather than stars.
