A few weeks back, I found that while ejecting from calibre using SmartEject, calibre's builtin eject or ejecting from File Explorer were still fast, the eject from the USB icon in the systray seems to be slower than it was...and it weren't not speed demon then. One friend of mine complained about this after the July update.
