Not sure how that fits into my comment but, Yes I have. It is configured to the US server, because my Amazon account (which I have had for around 20 years) is on the US site, not the Australian site.
But that google search link takes me to the Australian Amazon site, and I wonder if that is part of the issue. Why go through a search engine?
