Not directly. As a former ReiserFS user, it was a rubbish filesystem. There are multiple data loss bugs and performance bottlenecks in the ReiserFS code. Reiser didn't seem to care. He had an abrasive relationship with the kernel development community and allegedly his response was that we were using it wrong. I'm surprised Linus Torvalds put up with it for as long as he did.
The ReiserFS code was dropped from the main line kernel late last year and I say good riddance.
