Only for certain kindles! It converts to fixed KFX, which is useless for KOReader, or Kobo or reMarkable, or Nebo (Android & iOS) and and only works for Kindles that natively have a stylus.

PDFs annotate as-is on the Sage and Elipsa. It adds a layer. But that is using Kobo SW, not KOReader. Regular PDFs can be annotated on anything except a Kindle, without conversion, if the HW & SW supports a stylus.
