Sigil 2.3.1 used Qt6.7.2 and Python 3.11.9. But I see nothing to suggest that the later changes to Qt6.8 and Python 3.13.x should not also work on Big Sur. The minimum for Python 3.13 was raised to High Sierra. And I believe Qt6.8/QtWebEngine is in Mojave or Catalina territory. Not my area of expertise, of course.
