oh dear, those steps are so complicated for me. I'm 77
I converted to pdf a 6/30 ver of the book today and the page displayed perfectly (no cutoff quarter way down). Yet when I copy that exact 6/30 page into the 8/12 ver (over-writing the 8/12 page) I get the cutoff, go figure
I'm hoping with the next version of Calibre it may work again.
