What bernie writes. No need to use !important or fixed layout.

The user of the ereader has to select "Publisher". There is no way to force that.


Do a PDF if you really want fixed layout. Both PDF and epub3 Fixed layout need big tablets. I needed a 14.25" tablet in portrait to read the illustrated "The Last Hero" by Terry Prachett, which is epub3 fixed layout on Kobo shop.
