How much RAM does your W11 have. Too small of RAM and no SSD will slow things down.
Also, installing (IMHO) bloated Security suites will take a toll.
(I have a i7-4000 w 32G that is not compliant under the original rules. I will not try W11 now, even if they relax. I don't trust M$. all my W10 machines seem to get slower and slower, each W10 update )
