When you look at Connect/Share, are you clicking on the Start wireless device connection? Once you click on it, are you changing any of the parameters? I just leave them in their default settings. You do not need to enable the calibre content server which is what you are likely using with your phone. Do you have the smartdevice plugin installed

The multiple IP addresses are due to running virtual machines with their private networks.
