There is no temporal dithering in normal display, sRGB mode and user adjusted colour balance, which gives the best quality.
In discussions with others, viewing actual Nxtpaper 11 and 14, it was agreed that to take a photo of the screen is almost pointless as you'd need an incredible camera and the eventual person viewing on the Internet would need a better quality display.
A comparison photo isn't as striking as real life viewing.
I think that the epaper modes and "nxtvision" setting are marketing gimmicks. So do others that have seen my tablets and phone.
