Yes as there can be no filewatcher set to watch for a non-existent file. The web preview memory cache has no idea a broken link was "fixed" behind the scenes so to speak and as far as the xhtml file is concerned none of its previously existing resources changed.

The Preview reload button is probably best in this case but just continued editing in the xhtml in CodeView would eventually cause a reload automatically.
