Nevermind! I figured out NOT to use that path; C:\Program Files\Calibre2\app\resources\images
Save it in a folder elsewhere. Go to Preferences -> Advanced -> Miscellaneous -> Create a calibre icon theme
Then select the containing folder. It finally asks where to save the reference zip. Phew! Thank you for the files! Love this icon theme!
