My sister's been having a hard time finding a reliable roofer. She wants to get the roof and dormer inspected and discuss having a small window added to the roof in the hallway.
The first roofer she contacted kept saying he would contact her to make an appointment and he never did. She found another one and made an appointment for the 18th, he said he would be there between 7 am and 8 am. We got up really early (for us) and he didn't show. Never contacted my sister again and she decided to let it go. Guess who was first ringing the doorbell and then calling my sister shortly after 7 am this morning. She told him to leave, he didn't have a good excuse, just that he there was an customer emergency on the 19th and apparently now he finally had the time to visit us. He admitted he forgot to let us know about the emergency and reschedule, but we were unreasonable to tell him we weren't interested anymore.
So, the search for a reliable roofer continues.
