It still sounds nice, maybe better. I'm fond of egg done that way. It's not easy to find them done well without going to a proper restaurant, but the Japanese
misonikomi udon and
oyakodon are two favourite dishes, sort of along these same lines with egg. Not at all related to pizza though, so I'll shut up about them.
