AFAIK, you can still upgrade for free from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant and run it.
If your machine meets the hardware requirements, you can directly upgrade to Windows 11. If it doesn't, there are well-documented workarounds on how to install Windows 11 on unsupported machines.
