All books removed while in Airplane mode
For the second time, my Paperwhite 11th Gen 16GB removed all the books from my library while in Airplane mode. I'm aware of the bug where books gets removed when wifi is turned on after being off for a long time. This isn't that, to be clear. I regularly turn the wifi on to send and receive books from Amazon, and this happened while in Airplane mode. The wifi had been on a couple of days before with no problem.

Anyway, in my library, all the books showed as without covers, showing their titles on the generic no-cover image. When I select any of them, a message pops up saying the book has been removed from the device and is no longer available. Moreover, when I went to 'device info' to check the storage, it read as 0.2GB out of 0.48GB being available, which is bizarre.

I don't know what is going on, and given this is the second time this has happened, I'm wondering if this device is now defective and should be disposed of.
