Copy & paste into LO Writer (combine pages), Edit ODT (fix tables, images, formatting), save extra DOCX, convert to epub with Calibre. Read on a Kobo. Use Kobo Utilities Plugin.

You can save a website in HTML and import to Calibre, but results are variable.

I gave up with Kindle clippings and annotations years ago.
