This just in:

Promo Publishers LLC is now showing up on the Georgia Department of State website.

Why didn't it show up before?

Because the LLC was registered YESTERDAY (May 7, 2009).

If there was ever a reason to avoid a company it would be to not hand your money over to an unknown with 1 day of operational experience.
