I had (and sometimes still have) that same problem. After transferring the azw3 files to the kindle from my laptop via USB, I could not find the titles in the library. Search yielded no results
I could find the azw3 files on the kindle using Windows file manager but there was no way to open or view them on the kindle.
I did delete the files, rebooted the kindle, re-transfer the files, waited, said a prayer and they did show up. Is this an issue with the latest firmware? I don't know. Would love to hear if someone gets a handle on this issue. Thanks for sharing.
