@DNSB, @cromag: as seeing the video you posted as not available, also tried to watch them on Windows, discovering that even there:

The HEVC codecs are no longer available for free on the Microsoft Store. You must download a third-party video player like VLC to play back HEVC video files, or pay the 99 cents for Microsoft's official codecs. We recommend against downloading the official codecs from unofficial sources.
Windows 10 supports video files encoded with High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), also known as H.265 video. However, Microsoft charges for its official codecs and doesn't include them in Windows 10. You can get them for free without busting out a credit card and spending $0.99.

LOL.
Then I'd tried a site that shows where a song might be blocked, and it looks like in the footstep's pics (so it could be just Country restrictions, but it's not explained in video).
It was just to understand, I don't mean to bother you about; thanks.
Imho it might be that YouTube says "Video unavailable on your Country" when it's restricted by regionals poilcy, while it says "Not Available" when the uploader decides what Countries might share it.

I also was misreading it like "I suspect this (issue) might be more (than) a video not being available outside of a limited area. [...]"
