Probably not very likely. Stardict is very well integrated and support for additional formats would blow up KOReader's size for a very marginal benefit. Conversion from other formats works reasonably well via Pyglossary. Also, if you use Android (as per your profile), KOReader interacts with external dictionary programs so you can access other formats that way. (For example, I recommend DictTango for MDX.)
