Hi, Jon. I often put my Clara 2E in my jeans pocket. Now, yes, one could argue that it's at a slight risk of damage because of that, but to me it's an acceptable risk. If one really wanted to reduce all possibility of damage to the unit, one would never pick it up at all. By taking it with me this way, I get a lot more use out of it. If it breaks — which it hasn't, despite almost four years of using it this way — I'll buy a new one.

Perhaps what you meant to say was "I NEVER put a Reader in my pocket," rather than issuing a Kantian categorical imperative.
