If you are really careful:
you can edit the order in the manifest section of the content.opf
Move the entire tagged entry
(eg <item href="text/part0005_split_000.html" id="id152" media-type="application/xhtml+xml"/> )

MAKE NO OTHER CHANGES anywhere in the book until you save
