It looks like a lot of forward-facing language is being changed to note that Gear Lever is primarily for AppImage "installation" now. It just seems odd that the official download for an AppImage Installation Manager is a Flatpak from Flathub.

The Arch AUR version of Gear Lever doesn't seem to require any of the usual Flatpak bloat to build/install it, though, so maybe I'll take a peek. There's at least one dependency that's only available via the AUR, though. That's a strike against it. I generally try to stay away from the AUR unless it's something I really, really want/need. But an AUR package that has other AUR dependencies is bit farther down the rabbit hole than I like to go.
