Boox leaf 2, released 2022. 7" asymmetrical design, warm light, page turn buttons, tf card slot, speakers (tinny, but nevertheless), rotation sensor.
2000mAh battery, 170g white version 185g black version (no idea why white version is lighter). Libra 2 1500mAh 215g
The leaf ran Android decently so I'm guessing the processor is faster than the Libra 2's.
I don't care for the boox software, which is why I returned the leaf 2. But the point is the Libra doesn't need to be so heavy and chonky. It's fine that it's bigger IF it's comfortable to hold, but for me it isn't. The raised lip works against me. There used to be a nook that's chonky looking but it felt good in the hand. The Libra doesn't feel or look particularly good, IMO. If it's not going to feel comfortable, then at least make it thinner and lighter
