For those wondering how to do this, I grabbed the latest KindleTool from its git repository, ran:

Code:
kindletool extract Update_linkss_0.25.N_install_pw2_and_up.bin extracted
cd extracted
kindletool create ota2 -d kindle5 . > ../Update_linkss_0.25.N_install_kindle5.bin
and it works for the most part. When I hit "restart framework now" in KUAL, after the restart, I can't unlock my Kindle. The frontlight is stuck on, there's no pin entry dialog, and pressing the power button does nothing. However, after forcing a reboot by holding down the power button for a while, I can use it just fine. Using Menu → Settings → Menu → Restart works.

And I'm using either the random or shuffled mode (I can never keep them straight), and that works just fine.
