I'm assuming you mean Dept. Q (unless it had a different title in other regions)? I thought it started a little rough, too. But it did get much better. I watched the first episode when it first appeared on Netflix. I paused at one point and came back only to find the series was entirely gone from Netflix! Not sure what happened. I searched online long enough to make sure that I wasn't dreaming the whole thing (I wasn't: many Netflix users were as confused as I)! It was all back by the following morning, thank goodness.
