I just today received a replacement LCD screen from Aliexpress. It was ED060SC4 (LF) and in the Ad listing it was described as suitable for a Sony PRS-505. The store I bought from was Shenzhen Keweite Store. They were good with shipping to Australia.

For what it is worth that is my experience. I now have a fully functional KOBO e-Reader again.

A previous attempt to order a screen 5 (or more) years ago didn't go well as I probably (not sure) failed to install it properly and I ended up with horizontal lines on the top third of the screen and it looked smudgy below that. So the ereader sat on the shelf and I finally decided to try again. I paid AU$24 all up for the screen. That is about US$16. So it was worth a try.

Some ads on Aliexpress made it sound like you'd get a used screen that might have some scratches. Mine might have been used but it had no scratches or signs that it had been previously installed.
