I just finished with copying my mother's iTunes library from her old laptop to her "new" one. It's really the laptop we used in the store. But it works better than her old one. And really she only rarely uses it and then only for iTunes (or Apple Music now).
It looks like her external HDD died during/after copying. When connected to any computer it freezes the computer.
So I copied her library to the USB stick I use for her Callibre portable library and copied it to her the new laptop. And I've imported it into Apple Music.
I'm now ordering the latest two Bryan Adams albums which she doesn't have in her collection yet, so I can get those into her library before we go visit them next Sunday.
Now it's make my bed and then do some cross stitching.
