Hmmm... we are forbidden to use bird feeders, etc. We suffered from an invasion of rodents when one strata member got enthused about feeding birds and small animals around a decade back. It took a request for special permission to be able to keep my hummingbird feeders. I basically had to bury the strata council in documentation that very few other animals would be able to reach the synthetic nectar in them and they were not listed as attractive nuisances. No mention made that I had seen some other birds who learned to drink from the feeders.
