I just had a long "chat" with Amazon Australia, and apparently Amazon have implemented a change so that Kindles are no longer able to have anything sent to them from other than Amazon. Like me, I am sure that a lot of Kindle/Fire users will not be impressed by this change made in February 2025. I must have made the mistake of connecting to Amazon at some stage recently, which I particularly tend to stay away from.
It means that my large Calibre library is useless in relation to the Kindle. I have been with Amazon for 2o+ years.
Whether anything can be done to solve this major problem to override any control that has been fed into the Kindle, making it still accessible by Calibre?
