[Plugin] KOReader Flashcard annotations review v1.5.0
The 1.5.0 version of the plugin was released today.

It adds a « manage review » in the highlight/annotation menu in the reader, with the ability to set disabled status and change priority.

In the next version, I will build upon this to support questions and maybe double-faced cards.
