So I took out the sd card and reformatted it, then flash the new image onto it, but when i assembled everything back, it stuck on this boot loop where the white led light just keep blinking non stop, then if i hold the off button, it will turn solid white led light then go back to non stop white led blinking.
Is it hopeless or is there a way to revive it back?

Thank you
Did you use a new µSD card. Very much recommended.

Did you format the card using the SD Card Association SD Memory Card Formatter for Windows/Mac? Using the operating system formatter is not recommended.

Did you use the suggested image writer or an alternative such as Balena Etcher or Rufus or any of the other image writer tools out there?

Did you double check to make sure that none of the conformal coating managed to get into the µSD card slot when removing the card?
