And fwiw, this will be the very last fast follow-on bugfix release for the foreseeable future. This release fixes all reported regressions when compared to the Sigil 2.4.2 release and even adds a workaround to help prevent users from missing Preview error messages that was caused by internal Qt changes since Qt 6.7.3.
Unless a new critical bug is reported, this release should hopefully last the normal 3 or 4 months (given our release schedule of 3 to 4 stable releases per year).
Thanks to everyone who has pointed out a regression or other bug for fixing. If only we could get bug reports for Beta builds like we do around official releases, life would be golden. But the scale of Sigil tools and gui, and the unique idiosyncratic way users use Sigil makes normal regression testing ineffective.
