Yes, I am able to play audiobooks with bluetooth. There's just no python version compatible with a 10th GEN so sox v2 does not work and v1 also does not work for me even though it does not need python (I'm guessing it's just too old and doesn't work on Kindle HF....).
If you know any work around, please let me know because this is by far one of the coolest KUAL extensions I've seen in a while!
P.S.(I know that there is new Python version that works on HF but it was tested on a GEN 11 and does not work for me)
