I recently purchased a second-hand Note Pro that runs on Android 9. I've searched extensively online, but I haven’t been able to find the OS 3.2 update file compatible with Android 9. The only OS 3.2 update available on Boox’s firmware download page appears to be for Android 6.
I also contacted Boox support in China, and they said that there’s no official update to OS 3.2 for the Android 9 version of the Note Pro.
If you happen to have any information regarding this, I would be truly grateful. Even better, if you could share the update.upx file, it would be a huge help.
