There should be no functional changes to the AppImage. The internal .desktop file only adds version info so integration tools like AppImageLauncher can access/display it. And I'm embedding update info that those same tools can use to grab differential updates when available (i.e. new Sigil releases).
But I'll double check this weekend to make sure nothing broke.
