In a recent thread, user BetterRead was flagged as an expert in keyboard navigation; hopefully, he (or another pro!) has some insights on how to navigate the spellcheck interface.
Specifically...
- When I open the Spellcheck interface (either by the icon ribbon or ALT-Q) a new window pops up with a complete list and count of potentially misspelled words.
- As I scroll down the list, if I identify a potential problem-word, I double-click it, which highlights the word in situ in the html editor, but doesn't actually switch windows (i.e., I'm still in the spellcheck window).
- To actually edit the word, I have to click (single-click) in the Main Sigil window, but I need to do so in one of the small neutral areas (e.g. the top or bottom borders of the window) or else the selected word will be deselected.
Is there a way to do step #2 without double-clicking? I've tried "Enter", "Space", "TAB", "CTRL+G"... as well as verbal encouragement. All to no avail.
Likewise, is there a way to do step #3 without using the mouse? Again, "TAB" and "ALT+TAB" were where my instincts took me, but no luck.
