Before putting in a support ticket on KOReader, thought I would ask here if there's something off with the page list
in this book. I bought the Kindle edition, which says it contains real page numbers based on the physical book, imported it as KFX to Calibre, converted it to EPUB, yet when I add that EPUB to KOReader it does not have the reference pages. I tried polishing the EPUB to see if that makes a difference but it doesn't. The EPUB appears to have a page list in the nav.xhtml file so I'm not sure what's going wrong. This is the first time I've had this issue in KOReader when Calibre appears to show a functional page list in nav.xhtml or page-map.xml.
