This Island Earth (Raymond F. Jones) was at one time available from Thunderchild Publishing, around 2019, and available from Amazon. The publisher, due to age and health issues, sold his publishing company to Wildside Press. It looks like that publisher may have 'retired' that title or has lost the copyright.

The novelettes were originally published in Thrilling Wonder Stories, listed below:

The Alien Machine
Thrilling Wonder Stories
June 1949
Volume XXXIV, No. 2

The Shroud of Secrecy
Thrilling Wonder Stories
December, 1949
Volume XXXV, No. 2

The Greater Conflict
Thrilling Wonder Stories
February, 1950
Volume XXXV, No. 3

You may wish to check Archive.org for those issues. It's possible they may have them (in PDF).

The novelettes were later collected and published by Shasta Press in 1952.
